Premium Boarding

At Partridge Acres we understand the busy lives that our clients lead and the occasional shortage of time to devote to their equine partners. For this reason we offer a selection of high quality premium customized packages that take all the worry out of horse ownership. Whether it is a child’s small pony or an adult amateur‘s mount, every equine inhabitant is ensured only the finest care for overall wellbeing. Our monthly boarding rate is $575*.

Included in Indoor Premium Board:

• Daily Stall Cleaning with fresh shavings
• Daily Turnout in safe paddocks
• Fresh water and regular bucket/bowl cleaning
• Salt & Mineral Lick in the stall
• High quality feed
• High quality hay
• Application and cleaning of protective boots for turnout
• Blanketing in accordance to weather/temperature- year round
• Grooming as needed for blanketing
• Hosing legs as needed
• Fly Spraying
• Application & cleaning of Fly Masks
• Scheduling & Handling for Blacksmith
• Scheduling & Handling for routine Veterinary care
• Daily hoof maintenance – includes hoof cleaning
• De-worming administration (De-wormer not included)
• Emergency care of injuries (up to 24 hours)
• Organizing of blanket repair/cleaning

In order for the ponies & horses residing at Partridge Acres to remain at their peak (both physically and mentally), each equine inhabitant is encouraged (but not required) to be part of our customized lesson and/or professional training program.

As part of these programs all ponies & horses also receive the following bonus services:

• Supplies including grooming utensils, standard vet supplies, sponges, fly spray, towels, shampoo, tape, polos, braces & liniments, paper products, lunge whips, saddle soap, cleaning supplies, lunge lines, show sheen
• Cosmetic maintenance of bridle paths, face and leg clipping
• Maintenance of manes & tails including detangling, conditioning, trimming and pulling

There are 3 customized lesson/training options to choose from starting with 1 lesson per week: 

Option 1: Basic

• 1 lesson/ week

Option 2: Plus

• 3x per week (up to 2 lessons/week & 1 training ride OR any combination of lessons/training rides OR only training rides)

- add $300/month*

Option 3: Prime

• 5x per week (up to 4 lessons/week & 1 training ride OR any combination of lessons/training rides OR only training rides)

- add $475/month*

Consignment Sales:

Let us help you sell or lease your quality pony or horse. Showcase your pony or horse in a high end facility with exceptional training grounds & rings. Give potential buyers the opportunity to try your animal in the best possible training environment.

• Customized weekly training program tailored to each individual pony or horse
• Marketing and promotion including online videos
• Arranging all showings, vet checks, appointments, & transportation
• Ensuring pony or horse is well presented and turned out for all viewings
• Negotiations
• Complete care from start to finish of sale
• We accept all sizes of ponies (small, medium, large) & horses

Full Service Showing 

We strongly encourage our clients to be part of our horse show programs. We participate in shows geared at every level of rider, from our Partridge "in-house" show series to A & AA-rated shows in both Canada and the US. Please visit the Shows page for more information.

Hunter Derby Schooling

At Partridge Acres, we are opening one of our Hunter Derby rings to the public for schooling. Our Hunter Derby ring includes many natural obstables at various heights. $50* per horse (up to 1 hour schooling session)
